A Family Deductible - A Unique Concept

Instead of every family member having to satisfy an individual deductible, your family just needs to satisfy one family deductible as a whole. Your family deductible enables your entire family quicker access to health benefits.

Family Friendly Plan = Family Discounts

We give you a family discount of 15% for two or more members in a family plan. And we almost forgot, for larger sized families the 4th child and thereafter is free (after 7 children there may be a small surcharge).

General exclusions

Some of the main general exclusions for the yourFamily health plan include:

• Infertility and/or fertility procedures
• Charges relating to In-Vitro fertilisation
• Dental implants of any type
• Over-the-counter medications and supplies which do not require a physician prescription
• Treatments or services that we deem to be experimental or investigational
• Charges for or related to services, treatments, education testing or training related to learning disabilities or development delays including but not limited to Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD)
• Participation in a professional sports or any hazardous sport or activity
• Plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery or other services and supplies which improve, alter or enhance appearance

There is a 24 month waiting period for organ transplants and a 12 month waiting period for maternity benefits.
